Storra — Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Storra, including its mobile and web applications and related services ("Storra", "we", "our", or "us"). By using Storra, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Storra, you confirm you're of legal age and agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
2. Using Storra
You must be at least 16 years old to use Storra.
You agree to use Storra only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Accounts and Access
You can sign up using your Google or Apple account. We may collect your name, email, profile picture and any other information provided by these services.
You can delete your account at any time through the app.
Content you save is private by default. You can choose to make it public by changing its access settings and sharing it via a link.
4. User Conduct You agree to use Storra only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:
Upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, infringing, or violates any third-party rights;
Use Storra to engage in any form of harassment, spamming, or any other unauthorized or objectionable activity;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Storra or its related systems or networks;
Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers or networks;
Use any automated means, including bots, scripts, or spiders, to access, monitor, or copy any content from the platform;
Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality or security of the service.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you save to Storra.
By sharing content publicly, you give Storra permission to display it through the shared link. This permission is limited to what’s needed to operate the service and ends when you stop sharing the content.
6. Intellectual Property
Storra and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, software, and other materials, are owned by the developer or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Storra for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent.
7. Our Rights
We may modify or discontinue any part of Storra at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Username Policy
Usernames are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. However, we reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim (e.g., trademark) to a name. If a verified trademark owner requests the username and can prove ownership, we may transfer the username to them, even if it is already in use.
9. Termination
We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice.
Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
10. Disclaimers
Storra is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind — express or implied.
We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service.
We’re not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked through user content or saved links.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Storra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes within the app or by email.
